Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer the following shipping options for US orders:

  • Standard Shipping — Estimated delivery in 5–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping — Estimated delivery in 2–3 business days
  • Free Standard Shipping — Available on orders over $50

International Shipping We ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen carrier. Please note:

  • Delivery times vary by destination and are estimates only
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country
  • Pawfect Finds is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your shipment's progress.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at

 within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
